When we started building, we were handed over to Steven Vassallo, our site manager who was nothing short of amazing. He provided us with weekly updates, and was always so giving of his time over the phone. We are having such a pleasant experience with Domaine Homes, especially coming from a horrible experience with Icon Homes. The sales consultant we spoke to was so knowledgeable we showed her our block of land and in an instant, she educated us on the easements and restrictions we had to be aware of. Rebecca has been very transparent and professional - no sales talk, no fluff. She managed our expectations well and said outright everything we needed to know.
For our first home buying process, our experience with the sales consultant Michael at the Box Hill High Gove office has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to contact to over SMS or email. He has been quite thorough in explaining the details of the land and home building process. Got a feel of the colours and also to make choosing easier on the selection day. During our visits, we were told that the joinery colours can be swapped as long they were within the pre-selected colour palette. We decided on a colour palette only to be told on the selection day that this cannot be done and we were forced to undo all our weeks of work.

The online quote system is excellent and provides a fairly accurate price. Domaines whole set up and the colour studio made the pre-build a less stressful process. Work within a budget, because the price list of everything is given outright, so we were able to add/remove things to suit our preference and budget. Our experience with with Domaine Homes is a far cry from Icon Homes, the builder we almost built our house with. We are so happy and relieved we switched over to Domaine Homes.
